I <3 fig. Fresh figs are not in abundance here on the East Coast. This balsamic gives me the fig flavor that I miss. I just made a strawberry basil pizza using strawberries that were marinated in the fig balsamic. Whatever marinate was leftover topped vanilla ice cream.
