I have used this on chicken breasts, and also in baking. I made lemon blueberry muffins with this, and they tasted wonderful!!

My husband and I are in love with this stuff. I use it for roasting veggies, with balsamic vinegar or another vinegar for salad dressing, and as an addition to many other dishes. It is almost as good as adding fresh lemon zest. Sometimes, I do both!

This oil is so smooth and tasty you could drink it by itself!! WONDERFUL with pasta, picata chicken and roasted broccoli. A must have for every kitchen. Can't wait to try all of the oils and vinegars.
