Our Curried Carrot Fettuccine has quickly become one of the most popular pastas in our Branson store. The hand-made and all-natural noodles are made from specially milled spring wheat flour, carrots, curry powder and water. The pasta is made the way it has been done in Italy for centuries: it is laminated into sheets, cut, and hung to dry for 24-36 hours lending the delicate strands a truly homemade taste and texture, plus the quick cooking time of fresh pasta (ready to enjoy in just 3 minutes after swimming in a pot of salted boiling water.)
Try our Curried Carrot Fettuccine with our Harissa EVOO if you aren't afraid of heat, or with our Roasted onion and Cilantro EVOO for a milder Thai inspired entree. Top the pale orange noodles with grilled chicken, shrimp or tofu and some of your favorite veggies (we like asparagus and mushrooms. yum!)
Like all of our pastas, this Eastern-inspired variety is very nutritious with 8g of protein and 2g of fiber for every serving, is fat free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.
