This late fall, early winter truffle oil is made using the tea method which steeps ripe truffles for extended periods of time in the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. This closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex and Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A bit more tame than our White Truffle EVOO.
Notes: Fantastic in cream based soups, risotto and mashed potatoes.

Last summer we had a lovey visit to the Branson Shop. We tasted the black truffle oil and loved the depth of flavor. Since we were flying carryon we did and did not have a set return time for our home in Maryland,we did not purchased but promised ourselves we would order online. We did and we absolute love this oil,

Works on everything: salads, popcorn, sprinkled on pretzels, etc. It is a flavor I can't get enough of.

From my very first taste I have been addicted to Black Truffle EVOO. Forget all the others tastes, just let me pour on Black Truffle.

This is my favorite of their oils. It has a nice light flavor that adds to a dish, but doesn't overpower it. The aroma of this is delicious, but strong. Use only a little and right at the end of cooking. A great addition to anything, espescially potatoes!
